CA Syam Mohan is the Founder of the firm and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). With over a decade of professional experience, he specializes in Audit, Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, and Advisory services, serving clients across a diverse range of industries.
Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2013, he has led numerous statutory audits, internal audits, GST audits, and compliance engagements for government bodies, private limited companies, and other business enterprises. His ability to combine technical expertise with practical business insight enables him to deliver strategic, reliable, and value-driven solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
A strong advocate of continuous professional development, Syam has earned specialized certifications from ICAI, including DISA (Information Systems Audit) and Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence.

CA Govind Prathap is a Chartered Accountant and a Bachelor of Commerce graduate with extensive experience in Government Audits, Project Financing, Internal Audits, Advisory, and Corporate Consultancy services. Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2016 and joining the firm in 2018, he has been instrumental in delivering practical, business-focused solutions to clients across diverse sectors.
Committed to continuous professional development and innovation, Govind has earned specialized certifications from ICAI, including DISA (Information Systems Audit), the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks, and the Certificate Course on Artificial Intelligence for Chartered Accountants (AICA) – Level 1.
